Please follow these instructions to change your outgoing mail port settings.

  1. Go to Tools in the main toolbar.
  2. Select Email Accounts.
  3. Select View or change existing email accounts and click next.Outlook 2003 Email Accounts
  4. Select the email account supplied by to you by Ballyhoo and select Change.Outlook 2003 Email Accounts
  5. Click on More Settings.Outlook 2003 Email Accounts 3
  6. Ensure you are on the Advanced tab in the Internet Email Settings.Outlook 2003 Internet Email Settings
  7. Change the Outgoing Server (SMTP) value from 25 to 587.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Lastly click Finish and you have successfully changed your outgoing port setting.
