Existing customers Dialysis Freedom came to us to develop their new UK Dialysis Swap website – an online database designed to help UK dialysis patients find available dialysis slots throughout the country on occasions that they might be away from home.

Ballyhoo has developed a custom booking system for Dialysis Freedom to keep track of availability in renal centres. Patients and holiday co-ordinators alike can search the database by search term, town, county or country to browse available locations and find the most suitable dialysis centre.

When a slot in a dialysis centre becomes available, Dialysis Freedom can log in to the admin area of the website and mark the period as available on the easy-to-read calendar.

If Dialysis Freedom receive an enquiry about an available slot they can edit the calendar to mark the date range as pending. When all the paperwork has been finalised they can then mark the slot as booked.

Dialysis Freedom also wanted to be able to easily update the content of the website in-house. In light of this dialysisfreedom.co.uk has been built on our new and exclusive content management system (CMS), Ballyhoo Refresh.

The CMS is very intuitive and simple to use, allowing the administrator of the website enormous flexibility to add content, edit pages and alter the structure of the site as they wish.
