If you have received a bounced email report or a reply to an email that you didn’t send then you may be the victim of what is known as ’spoofing’.

The following instructions refer to setting up an email account in Microsoft Outlook 2003.

We have used test@ballyhoodemo.co.uk as an example in each step but you should substitute the email address or any other details we have supplied you with where appropriate.

Please follow these instructions to change your outgoing mail port settings.

1. Go to Tools in the main toolbar.
2. Select Email Accounts.
3. Select View or change existing email accounts and click next.

2. Click on Accounts near the bottom of the list.
3. When the Internet Accounts window opens ensure the Mail tab is selected. Select your email account supplied by Ballyhoo.
