The following instructions outline how to add a file to any area of the site where you can edit and format text with the text-editing toolbar (such as a product description, category description or content page).

Some of our customers often experience trouble uploading files such as PDFs to their content managed websites. We have found that the most common cause is incorrectly named files, something which is very easy to rectify.
In the Order Manager section of the Ballyhoo Commerce admin area you will see comments beside each order. These can be as simple as ‘Payment Accepted’ to more complex comments which we will cover in detail in this article.
