While managing your online shop you may want to add a new content page; this could be a new information page or any other page where you want to display text, images and links.

The Ballyhoo Commerce e-commerce system also functions excellently as a content management system. The following instructions advise you how to add a basic content page to your e-commerce website.

Some of our customers often experience trouble uploading files such as PDFs to their content managed websites. We have found that the most common cause is incorrectly named files, something which is very easy to rectify.

In the Order Manager section of the Ballyhoo Commerce admin area you will see comments beside each order. These can be as simple as ‘Payment Accepted’ to more complex comments which we will cover in detail in this article.

The Ballyhoo Commerce system makes it easy to configure shipping rules to allow customers from all over the world to purchase your goods. It also helps manage your VAT (if you are VAT registered) when selling internationally.

When copying and pasting text into Ballyhoo Commerce from applications such as Microsoft Word a lot of unwanted, potentially invalid, code can be copied across at the same time. This can result in raw code and inconsistent formatting being shown on your website.
